This Privacy Policy explains how Scrum Poker App (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Scrum Poker App website and services (the “Service”).

We collect account information (name, email address, and login credentials), room and game data (room names, participant display names, estimates, and related content), usage data (IP address, pages viewed, and timestamps), and cookies that keep you signed in and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us host and operate the Service, with other participants in the same room (your display name and estimates are visible to them), and when required to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information and do not use data for advertising. The Service is free and does not collect payment or billing information.
5. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account (and associated data) from your account settings. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.
6. Your Choices
You can update or delete your account information, opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link, and control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be processed there.
