Terms of Service
These terms describe responsibilities, acceptable use, and service boundaries for ScrumPoker hosts and participants.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Scrum Poker App service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, attempt to access or interfere with other accounts or systems, scrape or overload the service, or share content that violates the law or others' rights.
4. User Content
You own the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and share.
5. Room Links
Anyone with access to a room link may be able to join and view room content. Share links carefully.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use them without permission.
7. Feedback
If you provide feedback, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your content.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating this page and the “Last Updated” date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
